We bought a house using Cody Dunham as our agent; he was also the selling agent. I truly believe this worked in our favor because Cody was able to negotiate directly from us to the seller with no "middle man". We were able to get our offer accepted because Cody listened to our situation and wants/desires and was able to convince the seller our offer would work for them. Any questions or issue that came up was quickly handled by Cody calling the sellers directly.He is always available by phone and met us at the new home several times (it was vacant) during the process. He even threw us a "Welcome Home" party upon closing, complete with champagne and very nice housewarming gifts!
